In June 2011, Kartya began its operation in Ready Mix Concrete in the name KVT CONCRETE and it is the only plant in Madurai using the German based Liebherr machinery, world’s leading manufacturers of construction machinery. With its wide range of mixing plants and truck mixers with capacity of 8M3, KVT Concrete can provide the right solution for economical production and optimum transport of high-quality concrete.
The Plant has 4 Bin aggregate and production capacity of the plant is 60M3. It is equipped with all modern facilities and utilizes world class technology to ensure consistent product quality.KVT Concrete offers its customers the convenience of having the total concrete requirements under a single roof.
The KVT Blue Metal Crushing plant is a ‘Metso ’crushing plant, which includes jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher, vertical shaft impact and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is 250t/h. To meet customer’s specific requirement for the stone crushing, we also cater the need of other construction material , such as Manufactured sand (M SAND). We pay great attention to every stage, from products design, purchasing raw materials to manufacturing. We have adopted new technology, new technique and new materials to make sure the high quality is guaranteed.
Our Crushing plant, KVT Blue Metal is using technology provided by Metso Crusher , Finland based global supplier of the construction equipments. Manufactured sand produced by equipments from our company has a superior quality compared with natural sand .
